In fact, sometimes no matter what we do, we won’t be able to do more than get firm, flat abs – forget about cut abs! Once you have done this, the next step on your way to getting cut abs is to actually stick with the diet and exercise regime that you’ve started on. Starting on this only to stop halfway through is not going to work wonders for you. To be able to get cut abs, you will need to stick with your goal.
However, before you start on any type of diet or fitness regime in your efforts to get cut abs, you should ideally contact your doctor or physician, to make sure that you are able to handle these changes to your body. Once you have gone through this, you can then proceed on the way to getting your cut abs.
